August 11th at the Hart House will be a wine tasting spanning the whole of Chilean wine country. I will have the opportunity to taste the differences between grape varieties spanning this vast and lengthy wine region; from the Chardonnay’s of Casablanca to Maipo Valley’s Cabernet Sauvignon every taste will definitely be a treat. Surprisingly, although Chile spans 2880 miles in length, the drastic differences in the wines are determined by their proximity to the mountains and the coast…Hmmmm.
