Share a Glass at the Fine Wine Reserve Summary

The event was a success with everyone enjoying the wine’s, the cheeses and the unique venue.

Holding on to his every word, guests were in awe with the wines being stored at the state-of-the-art facility that Marc Russell has created. The Fine Wine Reserve is as tight as Fort Knox and has a unique style all on its own. With Jerusalem limestone in the bathroom, the attention to detail sets this facility apart. At a constant 13 degrees C and 70% humidity, the conditions are perfect for wine storage. Clients have 24/7 access to their wines and to the tasting room. If you have wines to cellar, the Fine Wine Reserve is a affordable luxury that you should definitely consider. At $38/mth for 100 bottle locker it is well worth the investment to keep those special wines in top condition, whenever you decide to drink them.

A special thank you to Ricky Lakeit, Operations Manager (Winemaker), Caroline Cellars who made the trip from Niagara on the Lake to attend. The dark chocolate, Geai bleu cheese and late harvest Riesling was an awesome combo.
